Garlic Scallops

Ingredients

  • 3 Tb. flour
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 2 Tb. + 2 tsp. margarine
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tb. dried parsley flakes
  • 2 Tb. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt and pepper. Add scallops and toss to coat. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallops to skillet. Cook, turning several times, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
