Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. scrod or orange roughy
- 2 Tb. + 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tb. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Place fish on a broiler pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Spread 1/2 of the mixture evenly over fish. Broil 5" from heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn fish carefully with a spatula, spread with remaining garlic mixture, and broil 8-10 minutes more until done.
