Ingredients
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 sticks Margarine
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- pinch of Cinnamon
- 4 tsp Baking Powder, mixed with
- 3 tsp Flour
- 4 1/2 Tbsp Oil
- 4 1/2 Tbsp Boiling Water
- 4 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, vanilla, margarine and oil. Mix well. Remove 1 1/2 cups of the mixture and set aside to use for the topping.
Add eggs, orange juice, cinnamon, and baking powder to the flour mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a well-greased pan.
Combine oil, boiling water, cocoa, and confectioners' sugar, and mix gently into the batter.
Sprinkle reserved topping over entire cake.
Bake @ 350 for 45-60 minutes.
