Ingredients

  • 2 lg cans crushed tomatoes
  • 6 lg green onions, chopped
  • 1 lg can beef broth
  • 1 pkg vegetable soup mix (dry)
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 lbs carrots
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Optional: curry powder, parsley, bullion or hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut veggies in small to medium pieces, mix together with crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Cover with water, if needed, to have all vegetables covered adequately. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender.

This soup may be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories; the more you eat, the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you are going to be gone during the day.

For drinks: Unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice or water, water, water and more water!!!

WARNING - If eaten alone, unaccompanied, all of the time, you will suffer malnutrition!!!
