Ingredients
- 1 bag Ore Ida O'Brien Hasbrowns (16 oz., frozen)
- 4 cans fat free chicken broth
- 1 pkg. McCormick Country Gravy Mix

Preparation
Step 1
Spray pan with Pam. Saute potatoes 10 minutes, stirring gently.
Add broth and bring to a boil. Prepare gravy mix according to pkg. directions.
Add to potatoes and broth. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
SERVING SIZE: 1 cup soup
POINTS: 2
Note from Holly: " I prepared the soup by just adding the dry soup along with the broth.
This eliminated 2 cups of water from the recipe, making the soup thicker and very spicy, which I loved.
