Ingredients
- Use heads-on shrimp for added flavor, but feel free to substitute 4 lb. headless shrimp.
- 1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning
- 4 lb. small red potatoes
- 2 lb. kielbasa, or hot smoked link sausage, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 6 ears fresh corn, halved
- 5 lb. unpeeled, large raw shrimp, (21/25 ct.)
- Old Bay seasoning
- Cocktail sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring 1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning and 5 qt. water to a rolling boil in a large covered stockpot. Add potatoes; return to a boil, and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes.
2. Add sausage and corn, and return to a boil. Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
3. Add shrimp to stockpot; cook 3-4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Drain. Serve with Old Bay seasoning and cocktail sauce.
