Ingredients
- 1 lb. cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 head garlic, broken into cloves, peeled and smashed but still intact
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- pinch of chili flakes, to taste
- 1/4 cup panko
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams) grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Toss garlic, cauliflower and broccoli with oil and seasonings and put into a baking dish.
Add the wine and the broth and cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir and cook for 30 minutes more. Sprinkle with panko/cheese blend and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender and nicely browned and crumbs are golden.
