tsp grated lemon zest
handful of dried cranberries soaked in warm water for about 5 minutes
tbsp. olive oil
1. Cut off the asparagus ends and place the vegetables in a plastic container. 2. Add olive oil, lemon zest, salt, pepper, close the box and shake to coat. 3. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and sprinkle with soaked cranberries. 4. Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 C. When the asparagus are tender you can serve them.
