Cannoli Cake

Ingredients

• o 1 pkg Duncan Hines White cake mix
• o 3 cups ricotta cheese
• o 3/4 cup sugar
• o 3 eggs
• o 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare cake mix according to package Directions
2. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly (DO NOT beat with an electric mixer)
3. Pour cake batter into 9 x 13 pan
4. Pour ricotta mixture on top of cake
5. Bake together at 350 for 45 – 60 minutes.


** As the cake bakes, the heavier mixture goes toward the bottom of the pan and the case rises to the top.
If desired, garnish with powdered sugar when cooled.
