Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup Water
• 1 sm Strawberry Jello Mix
• 2 Tbs Cornstarch
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 ea Pie crust
• 1 ea Cool Whip (8 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pie crust according to instructions and let cool.

Cut strawberries into bit size pieces into cooled crust.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in pan with water. Stir over medium heat until dissolved and starting to thicken.

Stir in jello mix and bring to low boil.

Pour jello mixture over strawberries and stir to coat all. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Top with Cool Whip and garnish with strawberry if desired.
