Ingredients
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 2 2 tablespoons dried chilis
Preparation
Step 1
Combine chilis and olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
Let simmer over low heat for approximately 20 minutes. You just want the oil to warm, not cook or spatter.
Strain out chilis, and pour into a clean, dry glass container. (You can add additional chilis to the bottle if you want.)
