Sauteed Tilapia with Almonds

Ingredients
- 2 ea Tilapia Filets
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 Tbs Flour
- 2 Tbs Clarified Butter, divided
- ¼ C Almonds, sliced
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Fresh parsley, snipped

Preparation
Step 1
Season tilapia with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, shaking off excess; set aside. Heat 1 T of butter over medium heat. Add almonds, cook and stir until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Remove almonds from skillet and set aside.
Add remaining 1 T of butter to skillet and add tilapia. Cook over medium heat 4-6 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Drizzle with lemon juice. Remove from skillet and sprinkle with almonds and parsley.
