Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, butt, or tenderloin
- 1 Can (12 oz) root beer
- 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place the pork shoulder and the root beer in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred the pork and remove the liquid from the crockpot. Add your favorite BBQ sauce to the pork. Stir and serve on hot rolls or bread.
