- 1 pkg Yellow cake mix
- 2 pkg Pistachio pudding mix
- 1¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ cup Water
- 5 ea Eggs
- 1 ea Cool Whip (8oz)
Blend yellow cake mix and one box of pudding mix together.
Add ½ cup of the milk, the oil and water and the eggs one at a time. Mix well.
Bake in a 10 inch tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.
While Cooling mix the remaining jello with the remaining 3/4 cup milk and then blend in the Cool Whip. Use this to frost the cake.
