Onion Potatoes

• 6 ea Potatoes
• 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix (envelope)
• ¼ cup Butter
• 1 cup Water

Step 1

Slice potatoes into casserole dish and sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Add butter and water and stir well.

Bake at 350° for an hour uncovered. Or microwave for 15 minutes on High stirring every 5 minutes.

Top with cheese if you like.
