  • ● 1 cup fresh raspberries

● In a second bowl, whisk egg, egg whites, yogurt, oil, and lemon peel.
● Add the dry ingredients to the second bowl.
● Fold in the raspberries
● Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray
● Bake at 350*F for about an hour or until toothpick is clean
