Tenderize the steaks a season using the season salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Use whatever amount tastes right to you. Beat the seasoning in. Mix the Egg and milk together in a bowl. Dip the steaks in flour, then egg mixture and back in flour Add the piece to hot oil/grease and cook to golden brown. Top with country gravy made from mix packet.
