Ingredients
- 6 ea Round Steaks
- 1 Tbs Season Salt
- 1 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Pwder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 ea Egg
- ¼ cup Milk
- 4 oz Olive Oil
- 1 ea Country Gravy Mix

Step 1
Tenderize the steaks a season using the season salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Use whatever amount tastes right to you. Beat the seasoning in.
Mix the Egg and milk together in a bowl. Dip the steaks in flour, then egg mixture and back in flour
Add the piece to hot oil/grease and cook to golden brown. Top with country gravy made from mix packet.
