Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 Cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Rice, uncooked
  • 1 Can Chicken Rice Soup
  • 1 Can Mushroom Soup



Step 1

Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Slightly brown chopped cabbage in butter, just so edges are slightly browned. Combine with meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
