Ingredients
- 1 eggplant
- Roma tomatoes, chopped
- Crushed garlic, basil
- Olive oil
- Mozarella cheese, sliced
- Balsamic glaze

Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill. Use a girll pan.
First cook each side of the eggplant until is is slightly browned on medium heat with the lid closed.
After you flip, add layers. First the tomato, garlic, basil & olive oil mix. Then cover with a slice of mozarella chesse, then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
