Smoked Sausage Delight

  • 1/2 potato
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • Green pepper (any amount) to taste
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 pound smoked sausage
  • Cooking oil (any kind, I usually use olive oil)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • Spices of your choice
  • Herbs...any creative

Step 1

Brown potatoes (sliced or cubed) and onions in oil. Add green peppers and sausage (sliced or cubed). Cover and simmer until sausage is warmed through.

Add peas; cover and simmer until all vegetables are cooked to your liking. Add any herbs and spices as you are adding vegetables and meat.
