Ingredients
- Peppers
- chopped meat
- bread crumbs
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- can of whole tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Clean 8 peppers, wash, and set aside upside down
In a large bowl, put about 1 pound chopped meat, Italian bread cut into pieces
Add garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and sprinkle a little grated cheese
Add 2 eggs, mix well with hands
Stuff peppers with mixture
Top with overripe tomatoes or a small can of whole tomatoes
Break up over peppers
Pour a little oil over each one and for the pan
Bake at 375*F for 1 hour
