Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
  • 2 Tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • Two (1 lb) pork tenderloins each cut crosswise into 6 slices (just the two of us I use 1)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
