Ingredients
- 3 T. Butter
- 1 1/2 C. Rice (long grain)
- Onion
- 3 C. Water
- 6 Bullion Cubes
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, saute butter, dry rice & onion until brown. Add bullion water, bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
