  • 3 T. Butter
  • 1 1/2 C. Rice (long grain)
  • Onion
  • 3 C. Water
  • 6 Bullion Cubes

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, saute butter, dry rice & onion until brown. Add bullion water, bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes.

Fluff with a fork.
