STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SQUARES
- 2 Cups Finely Crushed Pretzels
- 1/2 Cup Sugar divided
- 2/3 Cup Butter melted
- 1 1/2 pkg (8oz each) Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbs. Milk
- 1 Cup Cool Whip
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 pkg. (6oz) Strawberry Jello
- 1 1/2 Cups Cold Waer
- 1 qt. (4 cups) Slice Strawberries
Heat oven to 350*.
Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press onto bottom of 9x13" pan. Bake 10 Minutes. Cool
Beat Cream cheese remaining sugar and milk until blended. Stir in cool whip; spread over the crust. Refrigerate.
Add boiling water to jello mix in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in strawberries; Spoon over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
