Gluten Free Paleo Garlic Rolls
Eating Paleo or Gluten Free? These are a great substitute when you are craving some garlic bread!
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cooking time 60mins
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the olive oil, water and salt in a small pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the garlic and tapioca flour. Mix thoroughly and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Add in the egg and Italian seasoning. Mix in the coconut flour and knead the dough for about a minute.
Take about one inch of dough and roll into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet. Repeat until the dough is gone.
Bake for about 35 minutes. The rolls will be slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
