• For Blend-N-Go cup
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of ground cloves
• Pinch of ground nutmeg
• 1 whole banana, peeled
• 1/4 cup ice cubes
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• For Blender
• 2 cups milk
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Pinch of ground cloves
• Pinch of ground nutmeg
• 2 bananas, peeled
• 1 cup ice
• 4 teaspoons brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
