Ingredients
- 1 c milk Dash of pepper
- 4 Tbsp flour 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Stir 1st 4 ingredients until smooth. Add butter. Cook over med-low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. May add cheese. Makes about 1 cup.
