Shrimp Supreme Baked Eggs
- 1 can shrimp soup - (10 1/2 oz)
- 12 fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 eggs
Grease 8 ramekins. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sauté chopped mushrooms in butter. Add shrimp soup. Mix in 1/2 cup milk stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes.
Divide sauce evenly among the 8 ramekins. Break 2 eggs on top of sauce in each ramekin. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 minutes. Serve with toast.
