Ingredients
- 3 Tblsp. Olive Oil
- 3 Tblsp. Butter
- 5 Italian Sausage links, removed from casing
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup diced Carrots
- 1 cup diced Celery
- 2 cups diced Potatoes
- 2 cups diced zucchini
- 1 cup Corn, frozen
- 3 cups Cabbage,chopped
- 6 to 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Rice, cooked
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Serve with Parmesean cheese

Step 1
Crumble and brown sausage in butter and olive oil at high heat. Add veggies in the order listed. Add broth and simmer uncovered for 2 hours.
