Tomato Soup-Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 2-28 oz jars diced tomatoes (unseasoned, with juice)
- 3 chopped yellow onions
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (for a spicy little kick)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic
Add tomatoes and all other seasonings
Put in a blender until smooth
Put in crockpot and cook for 4 hours
Garnish with sour cream, greek yogurt, or Parmesan cheese if desired.
