2-28 oz jars diced tomatoes (unseasoned, with juice)
chopped yellow onions
tbsp minced garlic
tsp red pepper flakes (for a spicy little kick)
tsp smoked paprika
tsp dried basil
cup low-sodium chicken broth
Saute onion and garlic Add tomatoes and all other seasonings Put in a blender until smooth Put in crockpot and cook for 4 hours Garnish with sour cream, greek yogurt, or Parmesan cheese if desired.
