Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 cups Milk, Warmed
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 lb Monterey jack cheese, Shredded
- 1 lb Sharp cheedeer cheese, Shredded
- Add Milk gravy
- (Save some cheese for top)
- 1 1/2 lbs. Large Elbow macaroni, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Make gravy. Takes about 1 minute until it starts to bubble, then take off stove.
Pour cheese on top of macaroni & mix.
(To Thick ?) Add Milk !
