Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 cups Milk, Warmed
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 lb Monterey jack cheese, Shredded
  • 1 lb Sharp cheedeer cheese, Shredded
  • Add Milk gravy
  • (Save some cheese for top)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Large Elbow macaroni, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Make gravy. Takes about 1 minute until it starts to bubble, then take off stove.

Pour cheese on top of macaroni & mix.
(To Thick ?) Add Milk !
