Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t dry mustard
- 1 t Worchestershire
- 2 T anchovy paste (go light)
- 3 T tarragon wine vinegar
- 3 T chives minced
- 1/3 C parsley
- 1 C mayo
- 1/2 sour cream
- 1/8 t pepper

Combine ingredients. Color with green food color if desired.
