Apple Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1/3-cup margarine. Dipping Sauce:
- 1-21 oz.apple pie filling. Can add raisins or dried cranberries, if desired
- 6-8 " tortillas
- 1-tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 - cup sugar or Splenda. 1/2-cup low fat vanilla
- 1/2-cup packed light brown sugar. 2-TBS. no sugar applesauce
- 1/2-cup water. Dash of ground cinnamon
- Mix well & refrigerate

Preparation
Step 1
Spoon fruit down center of each tortilla, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up each one, and place seam side down, in a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish.
Bring butter & next 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce heat & simmer,stirring
constantly, for 3- minutes.
Pour over enchiladas , let stand for 30- minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20- minutes.
