Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 c. whipped topping, divided
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large + 1 small package any flavor pudding mix
- milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, pecans and butter. Press into pan and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool completely. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in 1 c.whipped topping. Spread on crust. Make pudding according to directions less one cup milk. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping on top of pudding layer.
