Ingredients
- 12 About 12 potatoes (1 bag)
- 3 lb bacon
- 2 bunches green onions
- 3 boxes cream cheese
- 4 cans chicken broth
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes in chicken broth until done. Drain and reserve liquid. Add cream cheese, half of the crumbled bacon, half of the onions and mash. Add enough liquid back for right consistency. Serve with remaining bacon and onions, shredded cheese and sour cream.
