Fiesta Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c. diced mango
• 1 1/4 c. diced pineapple
• 1/3 c. diced red onion
• 1/3 c. diced red bell pepper
• 3 Tb. sliced scallions
• 3 Tb. chopped fresh cilantro
• 3 Tb. lime juice
• dash salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients . Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
