Shannon's Grilled Cajun Tuna

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Step 1

First coat tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning. Grill until temperature of choice. While grilling, combine cream, butter, mustard, and 3 tablespoons of seasoning and simmer over low heat until slightly thick. When tuna is done, use sauce for dipping or spoon over top.
