Ingredients

  • Half of 8 oz. pkg. Egg Noodles
  • 2 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 3 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese, grated

Step 1

Cook noodles and spinach according to package instructions. Drain spinach well. Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, paprika and milk. Stir spinach into the white sauce. Grease casserole dish. Arrange in layers: noodles, spinach, cheese, ending with the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
