Ingredients
- 8 to 10 ounces chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 4 radishes, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 4 to 6 slices cooked diced bacon
- 1 cup drained and rinsed chickpeas
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced sharp Cheddar cheese
- Vinaigrette dressing (or your favorite)

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss with a simple vinaigrette or serve with your favorite dressing.
