Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Halibut Fillets
- 3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Paprika
- Dash of Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. Butter or Margarine
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dried Dill Weed

Step 1
Place fillets in a single layer in a large baking dish. Combine lemon juice, salt, paprika, and pepper, brush mixture over both sides of fish. Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, in saucepan, cook onion in butter or margarine until tender. Top fish with onion and butter mixture. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 20-25 minutes. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dill weed. Serve over fish.
