Japanese Steakhouse White Sauce

Much better than store-bought, bottled stuff. Really needs to sit overnight, though. It makes a big difference.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Hellman's mayo
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 TBSP butter, melted
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Dash of Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

whisk all ingredients until completely blended. Refrigerate overnight if possible, to allow flavors to blend.
