Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb.flank steak sliced diag/thin
  • 1 t sugar
  • 2-3 T sesame oil
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • dash pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 T water
  • 2 bunches gr.onion w/tops, sliced long

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands, mashing seasoning into meat.
Pack down in a container and marinate in the fridge 8hrs or overnight.
Stir fry a serving at a time in hot frying pan with a little sesame oil and water.
Don't overcook.
Serve over rice.
