Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • Sliced chicken breast (thin)
  • Ham (I used Boar’s Head Virginia Baked Ham – thin)
  • Swiss cheese (thin slices)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place slice of ham and cheese on chicken.
2. Roll together and hold with toothpick
3. Roll in flour
4. Roll in egg
5. Cover generously in breadcrumbs
6. Brown chicken roll in oil on all sides
7. Cook until done
8. Add 2-3 tbsp. water
9. Cover pan with lid
10. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve
