Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, syrup and water in a saucepan and bring to 260 degrees. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add syrup in a fine stream, beating. Add vanilla and beat until stiff peaks. Drop on waxed paper.
