    large tomato, peeled and seeded

    cucumber

    green pepper

    large celery stalk

Directions

Chop all veggies in a food processor. Combine with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until very cold. Garnish with chopped green onion, croutons, bacon bits or chopped avocado
