Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 large tomato, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 large celery stalk
- 2 t finely chopped parsley
- 1 t chopped chives
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 C tomato/vegetable juice
- 2 - 3 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t white pepper
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 t Tabasco

Step 1
Chop all veggies in a food processor. Combine with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until very cold.
Garnish with chopped green onion, croutons, bacon bits or chopped avocado
