Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar
- pineapple and marachino cherries
- 3 eggs- separate whites from yolks
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/4 tea salt
- 1 tea baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add brown sugar in frying pan. Place pineapple on sugar mixture, put a cherry in the middle of ea pineapple
Beat 3 yolks, add 1/2 Cup sugar and add 1 Cup boiling water.
Sift together 1 1/2 Cup flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add to the above
Fold in beaten egg whites and pour over pineapple.
Bake 350 for 45"
