Ingredients
- 2 Pounds ground beef
- 2 large green peppers diced
- 2 med onions diced
- 2 large can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can light kidney beans
- 1 med size jar of salsa
- add chili powder to taste
- hot sauce to taste
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
cook and crumble beef in large soup pot
add chopped vegies, salsa and beans, stir well
in a food processer grind 1 can whole tomatoes add to pot for the 2nd can of tomatoes cut into chunks into the pot, also use sauce from both cans stir.
add enough water to cover 1/4 inch over food. stir
add hot sauce salt and pepper and chili powder.
bring to a boil. tuen doen and simmer for about 4 hrs
