    Pounds ground beef

    large green peppers diced

    med onions diced

  • 2

    large can whole peeled tomatoes

    can pinto beans

  • 1

    can light kidney beans

  • 1

    med size jar of salsa

  • add chili powder to taste

  • hot sauce to taste

  • salt and pepper


cook and crumble beef in large soup pot add chopped vegies, salsa and beans, stir well in a food processer grind 1 can whole tomatoes add to pot for the 2nd can of tomatoes cut into chunks into the pot, also use sauce from both cans stir. add enough water to cover 1/4 inch over food. stir add hot sauce salt and pepper and chili powder. bring to a boil. tuen doen and simmer for about 4 hrs
